Westerra Development Inc is a civil engineering firm specializing in residential and commercial development.  We have over 45 cumulative years experience in applications ranging from custom dream homes, residential subdivisions, storm water management plans and building modifications. 

 

We offer full scale engineered site plans, layouts and permit applications.  Since 2005, Westerra has offered services to the Southeast U.S. from our home in Crestview, Florida, while focusing on our neighbors in Okaloosa, Walton and Escambia Counties.
